That growth is creating opportunities for experienced Project Managers to take on larger responsibilities and progress quickly as the team continues to build.

The business is interested in strong construction professionals who have delivered complex projects and want to apply that experience within the mission critical sector.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and operational delivery of significant project scopes.

You will work closely with senior project leadership, Superintendents, Systems Managers, clients and trade partners from preconstruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders

Your Background

Data center experience would be useful, but it is not essential.

The team is open to Project Managers from a range of complex construction backgrounds, including:

  • Commercial
  • Advanced manufacturing
  • Institutional

The key requirement is experience managing complex construction work and the ability to take ownership of project outcomes.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders
  • Sound judgement and practical problem-solving skills

The company is actively investing in its growth and has committed to creating opportunities for people to take on greater responsibility as the team expands.

For the right Project Manager, that means exposure to larger, more complex projects and a clear opportunity for accelerated career growth.
