Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation, a leading national design-build general contractor, seeks a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of industrial, mission-critical, data center, and complex construction projects. You will lead project teams from planning through closeout, manage procurement, cost control, and change management, and nurture owner and design-team relationships while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with a general contractor or design-builder.
• Experience in industrial, data center, advanced technology, aviation, healthcare, or related complex construction.
• Strong financial and project-controls capabilities.
• Ability to travel or relocate for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects or major project scopes from planning through closeout
• Lead procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, forecasting, and change management
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation
• Partner closely with Superintendent and field leadership
• Maintain owner and design-team relationships

Qualifications

• Project management experience with a general contractor or design-builder
• Industrial, manufacturing, data center, advanced technology, aviation, healthcare, commercial, or similarly complex construction experience
• Strong financial and project-controls capabilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel or accept project assignments based on business needs
