Overview

THE POSITION:

As Project Manager, you will be driving project success through strategic decision making from preconstruction, through final turnover. This is an opportunity to navigate and deliver high profile, complex projects in the Mission Critical field. You will be tasked with regulating logistics and ensuring that all elements align with business objectives and client expectations in this fast-paced and highly technical market.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage activities across trade partners, suppliers, vendors, customers, and design/engineering teams.
  • Provide strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project financials, including contract and subcontract administration.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure construction progress aligns with planned milestones.
  • Procure materials within scope, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with trade partners and vendors, minimizing scope gaps and project risk.
  • Review and approve vendor and trade partner pay applications and evaluate change order requests.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure projects meet technical, operational, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present project documentation and reports, including progress updates, billing, schedules, and status reports.
  • Maintain organized project files to support efficient workflow and continuity.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals for scope and compliance.
  • Support estimating and proposal efforts as needed.
  • Enforce safety and quality programs on-site.
  • Actively support team collaboration across multiple project teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of six years of construction management experience, including work in a Project Manager role or equivalent, or successful completion of at least two projects at that level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile technology, and company-provided software tools.
  • Self-motivated, energetic professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and values continuous development.
