Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned projects to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery in alignment with State-approved methodologies and objectives.
• Develop, update, and manage project schedules, including weekly coordination and updates with vendors.
• Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports and maintain risk/issue logs using State project management tools (PPMT, Azure DevOps).
• Facilitate and manage all project-related meetings (status, risk/issue, planning, change review, etc.), including agenda and minute preparation.
• Create, update, and track project budgets and expenditures in State-required formats.
• Coordinate with State IT Portfolio Manager and governance committees for review and formal acceptance of changes to project scope, schedule, budget, risk, or resources.
• Ensure successful completion and State acceptance of all vendor deliverables (Deliverable Expectation Documents, Deliverable Acceptance Forms).
• Maintain required certifications and training (PMP Certification, HIPAA compliance).

• Organize, archive, and maintain all project documentation within State-designated repositories.
• Develop, update, and manage project schedules, including weekly coordination and updates with vendors.
• Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports and maintain risk/issue logs using State project management tools (PPMT, Azure DevOps).
• Facilitate and manage all project-related meetings (status, risk/issue, planning, change review, etc.), including agenda and minute preparation.
• Support and manage the State's procurement process as related to project activities.
• Create, update, and track project budgets and expenditures in State-required formats.
• Track project decisions, action items, deliverables, and approvals using established matrices and State tools.
• Coordinate with State IT Portfolio Manager and governance committees for review and formal acceptance of changes to project scope, schedule, budget, risk, or resources.
• Ensure successful completion and State acceptance of all vendor deliverables (Deliverable Expectation Documents, Deliverable Acceptance Forms).
• Conduct project lessons learned activities, produce reports, and complete project closeout documentation.
• Maintain required certifications and training (PMP Certification, HIPAA compliance).
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (v2007 or newer), Azure DevOps, Adobe PDF, and other State-accepted formats for all project management tasks.
• Ensure adherence to all State policies regarding personnel employment status, supervision, and compliance with federal, State, and local employment-related tax requirements.
