In this role, you will:

• Manage large construction projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality delivery
• Oversee daily field activities, manage information flow, and report issues related to progress, quality, and safety
• Assist in completing handover documentation, ensuring timely and quality completion
• Lead onsite safety and progress assessments
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Proactively identify and resolve issues
• Implement and monitor project processes, collaborating with clients for improvements
• Ensure adherence to project procedures
• Lead and participate in meetings to monitor progress and resolve problems
• Review variations and delays in works
