We’re looking for an Oracle Finance Project Manager who blends strong technical and financial expertise with excellent communication and people skills. This role will support a high-impact Oracle Cloud Financials implementation project focused on finance and actuarial teams, with additional work related to a retail annuity insurance M&A initiative. This is a remote, contract-based role for 6 months, ideal for someone who thrives in lean environments and knows how to lead.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Financials within finance and actuarial workstreams
• Drive collaboration between finance users, technical teams, and leadership
• Build and maintain project plans, status updates, and issue tracking
• Apply best-practice project methodologies in a fast-paced, lightly structured environment
• Navigate complex personalities and stakeholder dynamics with confidence and professionalism
• Provide M&A project management support, particularly for retail annuity insurance integrations

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in finance or insurance
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
• Background in programming or scripting to support data or automation efforts
• Experience leading M&A finance projects—bonus points if it's in the annuity/insurance space
• Top-tier communication skills (10/10) – you can hold your own with tough stakeholders
• Self-starter who can run a project without a heavy PMO framework

Preferred:

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience working with actuarial teams or systems
• Prior remote work/project leadership
