Leoforce is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial ground-up construction projects in Webster Groves, MO. You will coordinate with teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery using Procore.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a relevant degree, PMP a plus, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary and a performance-based bonus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, or New Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
Proven experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects.
Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
