Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Construction Manager to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role oversees capital improvement and renovation projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

You will partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, architects, and engineers to drive execution across multiple projects. Location is Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing capital projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership with team management experience.
  • Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with bidding processes and contractor negotiations.
  • Familiarity with architectural and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple capital improvement and construction projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed scopes of work, timelines, and budgets for capital projects.
  • Oversee the bidding process, including distribution of packages and evaluation of bids.
  • Select and manage specialty engineers and architects as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing internal and external project reporting regarding timelines and budgets.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members assigned to renovation projects.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee capital improvement and renovation projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standards. You will partner closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, architects, and engineers to drive execution across multiple concurrent projects. The position also requires strong leadership in managing project teams, improving construction processes, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout each phase of the work.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple capital improvement and construction projects simultaneously
