Onbench, Inc. is seeking a part-time Project Manager to be the main client contact for 3–4 projects, running weekly standups and coordinating with US design and Argentina-based engineering teams. You will ensure projects stay on time and on budget while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital agency project management, advanced English, and experience handling multiple projects with distributed teams. Shopify/e-commerce familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years PM in digital agency, software, web or e-commerce.
• Advanced English; confident leading calls and status updates with US clients.
• Warm, outgoing and communicative; builds rapport and trust with clients.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organization; tracks scope, timelines and budgets.
• Experience working with distributed development teams.
• Preferred: some technical or engineering knowledge to talk with developers.
• Preferred: experience with Shopify or e-commerce projects.

About Our Client

Our client is a creative agency based in Southern California that designs and builds websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps and custom software for US brands, from startups to established companies. They love tackling difficult challenges, especially in sustainability, education and wellness. Their US team brings together creative direction, UX/UI design and project management, while their engineering hub of about 25 developers is based in Argentina, so collaboration across the Americas is part of everyday life.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a part-time Project Manager to join their team. You will be the main point of contact for their clients, managing 3 to 4 projects at a time, running weekly standups and working closely with the development team to share status updates and keep every project on time and on budget. • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency, software, web or e-commerce environment
• Advanced English, with confidence leading calls and status updates with US clients
