Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-impact, fast-paced consulting engagement. This role will support a large, cross-functional team and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate multiple workstreams simultaneously, and effectively manage resources across internal and external stakeholders.

This is a remote position with working hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.

• Lead coordination across several concurrent workstreams.
• Maintain and update project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Track key deliverables and escalate risks to ensure project timelines are not compromised.
• Manage resource planning and allocation between a 20+ person consulting team and client stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with leadership and project sponsors.
• Drive alignment on timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of project management experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Medical Industry experience preferred.
• Expertise in resource planning and workforce coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (required).
• Familiarity with Design Controls is a plus.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $75 – 80.
