  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and making adjustments to keep the project financially feasible.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality and timeliness of deliverables, performing quality checks and coordinating user testing.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on course.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, documenting progress, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the tech or SaaS space.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring accountability and productivity.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Why Join Us?
  • Make an Impact: Help shape a product that serves a passionate community of performing arts educators.
  • Growth Opportunities: Work with a growing team and have a direct hand in Guardy’s expansion, with ample room for professional development.
  • Flexible, Remote Role: Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, with an emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Innovative Environment: Join a mission-driven team where new ideas are encouraged, and every team member has a voice.
