Accountabilities:

• Lead and coordinate all phases of cloud migration projects, from planning to post-implementation support
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams (e.g., developers, analysts), and third-party vendors
• Define project tasks and timelines, manage resources, and track deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Host regular client meetings to provide status updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure expectations are met
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers, escalating issues when necessary to maintain project flow
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the process
• Continuously seek ways to optimize project workflows and improve customer experiences
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing SaaS projects, ideally involving cloud migration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Proven success in delivering projects on time and within scope and budget
