Qualifications

• Experience with Epic modules including Pharmacy, Cardiology, Imaging, and data conversions.
• Strong background in clinical governance and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance (HIPAA, DEA requirements).
• Proven ability to lead testing and quality assurance cycles.
• Experience with deployment and Go-Live support.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing clinical modules, specifically Pharmacy, Cardiology, Imaging, and Data Conversions.
• Coordinate IT build with clinical operations to ensure patient care continuity.
• Manage governance processes and key stakeholder communications.
• Lead testing, QA cycles, and go-live readiness activities.
• Provide deployment and post-go-live support and stabilization.

In this role, you will be overseeing clinical modules; specifically Pharmacy (Willow), Cardiology (Cupid), Imaging (Radiant), and Data Conversions. The role bridges the gap between technical IT build and frontline patient care!

• Expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, DEA requirements).
• Proven ability to lead testing and quality assurance cycles.
• Experience with deployment and Go-Live support.

Job Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with PACS and VNA systems.
• Knowledge of Closed-Loop Medication Management workflows.
• Experience in ancillary workflow alignment (e.g., oncology pharmacy protocols).
• Strong communication skills for engaging clinical advisory groups.
• Not mandatory on certifications but significant relevant experience in Epic Modules.
