Modernizing Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Patient Engagement product to own end-to-end implementations, coordinating with Sales, Training Services, Technology Services, Business Consulting, and Customer Success.

You will manage multi‑discipline teams, maintain schedules, handle change requests, and report progress to executives, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, or related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of PM or management experience with 2+ years of business experience.
• 3–5 years in clinical environments through training or implementations preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce/Cloud Coach; payments experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to all levels.
• Strategic, operational, and detail-oriented focus.
• Strong analytical ability and good judgment.

Job Description Summary

For our Patient Engagement product Project Managers, this role will be responsible for the entire project life cycle of the Patient Engagement implementations, focusing on mid‑sized projects with moderate complexity. The role requires strategic thinking and collaboration with Sales, Training Services, Technology Services, Business Consulting, and Customer Success teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently managing the successful delivery and implementation of ModMed's solutions, including internal and external deliverables, stakeholder management, and achievement of KPIs (billable utilization, time‑to‑revenue, CSAT, adoption 25%).
• Receive deals from sales, review knowledge transfer documentation and order forms to ensure proper project initiation.
• Draft project kick‑off and timeline, initiate technical projects, secure tactical resources (training/BC) to lead successful implementation.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, and status reports; conduct regular project calls and/or executive steering committees.
• Document, update, and maintain all work and time entries in CRM, project management tools, or other tools from point of sales hand‑off to project close.
• Field and manage change requests to balance project risk, delivery KPIs, adoption success, and customer satisfaction; facilitate necessary change orders, credits, order forms, or addendums via Salesforce/CPQ or Operations teams.
• Escalate at‑risk projects to management and leadership; provide executive summaries, recommendations on resolution, or specific requests for support.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure alignment on delivery and mitigation of risk.
• Oversee any necessary iteration of the mutual project plans to ensure success.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for project kick‑off, status, go‑live, or close at client location.
• Maintain updated knowledge and experience for ModMed's products, healthcare service implementations, and project management methodologies; contribute to new methodologies, tools, or product offerings.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other relevant degree (preferred).
• PMP Certification (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience, and at least 2 years of relevant business experience.
• 3‑5 years experience with clinical environments through previous clinical training or implementations (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, or similar products; payments experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to relate to people at all levels.
• Strategic focus with operational, implementation, and detail‑oriented perspective.
• Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and operational focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; self‑directed and able to work independently.
