Job description

Take ownership of an exciting AI infrastructure project, leading the delivery of a large-scale, multi-building data center campus spanning thousands of acres and planned for more than 500MW of power capacity. This high-profile role offers the opportunity to drive project execution from mobilization through commissioning and closeout, overseeing safety, quality, engineering, procurement, cost, schedule, and subcontractor performance across concurrent construction work fronts. Ideal for a seasoned construction leader, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a next-generation, mission-critical facility while partnering with clients, EPCM teams, and key stakeholders to achieve world-class project outcomes on a flagship development in Central Texas.

Job Duties:

• Own overall project execution from mobilization through commissioning and closeout, consistent with contract requirements, approved scope, budget, and baseline schedule.
• Coordinate the project leadership team and maintain a single integrated action plan for schedule, cost, procurement, engineering, quality, HSSE, and field constraints.
• Manage the client/contractor interface with EPCM, including meetings, RFIs, submittals, change management, notices, payment support, and resolution of scope boundaries.
• Direct monthly forecasting, cost-to-complete, cash flow, schedule updates, risk reviews, and management reporting.
• Ensure building-level work plans are aligned with the Path of Construction, Advanced Work Packaging approach, milestone dates, and resource availability.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor performance and ensure long-lead items, staffing commitments, and required documentation are secured in time to support field execution.
• Review recovery plans and authorize resequencing, added shifts, or resource adjustments when milestones are threatened.
• Drive turnover readiness, punch-list closure, as-builts, O&M manuals, commissioning support, and final commercial closeout.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related discipline preferred.
• 15+ years of construction/project management experience with at least 10 years managing industrial, mission-critical, power, or comparable complex building projects.
• Strong working knowledge of contracts, cost control, scheduling, procurement, RFIs/submittals, change management, and subcontract administration. Preferred / Project Fit PMP or CCM preferred; proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6/MS Project strongly preferred. Current data-center benchmarks also favor full-lifecycle delivery experience through commissioning and closeout.
