Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a Houston-based structural steel firm. You will own projects from budgeting through to completion, coordinating with clients, fabrication teams, and site operations to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role requires 5+ years managing structural steel fabrication or erection, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or equivalent), and strong budgeting and drawing-reading skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing structural steel fabrication and/or erection projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, and financials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and steel drawings.
• PMP certification is desirable.

The Role

You'll take ownership of projects from budgeting through to completion, coordinating with clients, fabrication teams, and site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
