Job summary

MK Consulting Group in Montgomery, AL seeks a senior project manager for steel construction projects. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of small to large, complex steel buildings, coordinating plans, specs, contracts, and stakeholders.

Must have 5+ years directly with a structural steel fabrication company and be proficient in Tekla EPM or Excel templates or similar software. Salary negotiable 100k-150k plus bonus and relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts
• Planning, Organizing, and Controlling large commercial building project
• Reviews and understands bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work.
• Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates. (or similar software experience)
• Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications and contracts.
• Planning, Organizing, and Controlling large commercial building projects.
• Communicating with Vendors, General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Detailers, etc

Compensation/Benefits
