Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion.
• Review blueprints, specifications, budgets, and contract documents.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Set up and manage projects using project management software.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Meet regularly with clients and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
• Assist with project billings and cash flow management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project partners.

From project award through completion, you'll manage structural steel erection, coordinating field operations, equipment, materials, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

The real impact comes from the decisions you make every day. Managing priorities, monitoring costs and productivity, solving problems, and building strong relationships to keep projects profitable and on track.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion
• Review blueprints, specifications, budgets, and contract documents
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations
• Set up and manage projects using project management software
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts
• Meet regularly with clients and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection - structural steel project management experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents
• Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Experience with On-Screen Take-offs (OST) would be advantageous
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and demonstrating leadership
