Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Project Manager in the Central TX area to lead structural steel and construction projects from award to closeout.

You will own budgets, schedules, safety, and financial performance while coordinating fabrication, detailing and field operations with clients and contractors. This role offers significant ownership and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in structural steel/construction PM.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and understand structural and construction drawings.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders and project financials.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of structural steel construction practices is preferred.

A well-established company within the structural steel and construction industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in the Central TX area.

This is an opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in structural steel, construction, fabrication or erection to take ownership of projects from award through to completion, while working alongside experienced teams across the business.

The role would suit someone looking for career progression, increased responsibility and the opportunity to manage projects with a high level of ownership.
