Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a contract Creative Operations/Project Manager in Toledo, OH. You will orchestrate end-to-end creative workflows, ensuring on-time delivery of marketing assets and alignment with brand standards.

You will partner with marketing stakeholders, manage resources, and drive approvals while maintaining real-time visibility across PM systems. Onsite 4 days a week, you will excel in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience in agency or corporate environment.
• Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Workfront) and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex print, digital, and collateral production workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration with strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end creative project workflows from intake through final delivery for on-time asset delivery.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to define campaign scope, allocate resources, and optimize approvals.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and resolve bottlenecks to drive synergies.
• Maintain real-time visibility and reporting across project systems to uphold brand standards.
