Job summary

Cella, a Randstad digital company, seeks a contract Creative Operations Project Manager to drive cross-functional execution in Toledo. You will orchestrate end-to-end workflows across marketing assets, partnering with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery while upholding brand standards.

The role is onsite four days per week in Toledo, OH, with $35-38/hour compensation and a strong focus on cross-functional impact within a Fortune 500 manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience within an agency or corporate environment.
• Proven expertise utilizing project management platforms (e.g., Workfront) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated track record of coordinating complex print, digital, and collateral production workflows simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) with exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
