Job summary

CELLA by Randstad Digital is seeking a Product Manager focused on the UI layer in Orlando. You will translate complex pricing and business logic into intuitive admin tools while collaborating with API-focused PMs and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of enterprise PM experience, understands internal workflows, and can drive features from discovery to launch within an Agile framework. This hybrid role requires onsite presence Monday through Thursday with remote Fridays.

• Technical baseline: API knowledge, data structures, and backend concepts for collaboration with API PMs and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy: define vision, strategy, and roadmap across the product lifecycle.
• Create clarity: gather requirements, write user stories, prioritize, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Define success: monitor KPIs and drive optimization for continuous improvement.
• Build relationships: maintain strong stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, design, commercial, and support.
• Set the priority: balance business, product, and engineering inputs to drive alignment.
• Deliver excellence: coordinate iterative releases and ensure timely deployment.

This role focuses strictly on the UI layer.
