Lead end-to-end visual design for a global leader in recreational media and manufacturing. You will translate briefs into high-impact concepts, deliver brand-aligned assets, and present designs to senior stakeholders while ensuring narrative consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive graphic design experience in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint to deliver enterprise-grade collateral.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end multi-channel creative across digital, print, motion, paid social, and experiential touchpoints to drive measurable brand engagement.
• Translate strategic objectives and briefs into high-impact visual concepts that strengthen brand positioning and narrative consistency.
• Deliver brand-aligned assets including identity systems, presentations, product launches, and integrated digital ad campaigns.
• Present design concepts confidently to stakeholders, articulating rationale and maintaining quality across all deliverables.
