Job summary

Amaris Consulting seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with local labor rules, and drive end-to-end payroll integration and go-live support.

The role requires 6+ years in IT project management within workforce management or HRIS, English and Spanish fluency, and experience deploying in Free Trade Zone regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years IT Project Management experience leading enterprise-scale Workforce Management or HRIS implementations.
• Documented experience implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions).
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, assembly, industrial logistics, or multi-shift environments.
• Hands-on deployments in Mexico and Costa Rica with knowledge of regional labor rules and Free Trade Zone contexts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to collaborate with regional project teams and payroll partners.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full implementation lifecycle of UKG Pro Workforce Management across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.
• Align configuration with trade zone, tax, audit, labor, overtime, holidays, premiums, and payroll practices.
• Coordinate integrations between UKG, global payroll platforms, ERP, HR apps, banking interfaces, and regional systems.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into system configurations for 24/7 operations, rotating shifts, and plant scheduling.
• Direct remote deployment of biometric timekeeping terminals and geo-fenced mobile apps.
• Design and lead multi-currency UAT, data validation, parallel payroll testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation support.

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow ourEngineering team in United States. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Project Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

Lead the complete implementation lifecycle ofUKG Pro Workforce Managementacross manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.

Align workforce management configuration with Free Trade Zone requirements, local tax and audit rules, labor regulations, overtime, holidays, premiums, and payroll practices.

Professional working fluency inEnglish and Spanish, with the ability to collaborate with regional project teams, payroll partners, HR stakeholders, and plant personnel.

Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience.PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification is required or strongly preferred.
