Job summary

Mantu is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment and alignment of global workforce management systems across multi-site operations in Latin America.

You will oversee end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica, requiring knowledge of regional labor rules, payroll integrations, and cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Six+ years IT Project Management experience leading enterprise-scale Workforce Management or HRIS projects.
• Experience implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management or UKG Dimensions.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
• Hands-on deployment in Mexico and Costa Rica with local labor rules.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years and PMP/CSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.
• Align workforce management configuration with Free Trade Zone requirements, local tax and audit rules, labor regulations, overtime, holidays, premiums, and payroll practices.
• Coordinate integrations between UKG, global payroll platforms, localized ERP systems, HR applications, banking interfaces, and other regional systems.
• Translate complex manufacturing requirements into system configurations, including 24/7 operations, rotating shifts, skill-based assignments, line placement, meal breaks, and plant scheduling rules.
• Direct the remote deployment and configuration of biometric timekeeping terminals and mobile geo-fenced applications across secure facility checkpoints.
• Design and lead multi-currency UAT, data validation, parallel payroll testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation support.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management, formerly known as UKG Dimensions, across manufacturing operations in Mexico and Costa Rica. The role requires strong knowledge of workforce management, regional labor regulations, payroll integrations, Free Trade Zone environments, and continuous industrial shift operations.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the complete implementation lifecycle of UKG Pro Workforce Management across manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.
• Align workforce management configuration with Free Trade Zone requirements, local tax and audit rules, labor regulations, overtime, holidays, premiums, and payroll practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of IT Project Management experience, specifically leading enterprise-scale Workforce Management or HRIS platform implementations.
• Documented experience managing at least one complete implementation or migration of UKG Pro Workforce Management, formerly UKG Dimensions.
• Proven experience working in high-volume manufacturing, assembly, industrial logistics, or other multi-shift operational environments.
• Direct hands-on experience deploying business software platforms in both Mexico and Costa Rica, including knowledge of regional labor requirements and Free Trade Zone environments.
• Professional working fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to collaborate with regional project teams, payroll partners, HR stakeholders, and plant personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience. PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification is required or strongly preferred.

The successful candidate must have an established remote home office, be comfortable coordinating cross-border teams, and be available to support project activities across the Americas time zones.
