I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Greater St. Louis area, from preconstruction through closeout. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients, vendors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture and has 5+ years of PM experience, including work with a General Contractor. Procore proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful Project Management experience.
• 1+ year of experience with a General Contractor.
• Commercial construction PM experience.
• Procore experience and project management software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as the primary link between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, budgets, and schedules stay on track.
• Develop bid/estimate processes and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare progress, cost, and forecasting reports.
• Coordinate with Superintendents on quality control and safety.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The PM will serve as the key link between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams while ensuring safety, quality, budgets, and project timelines remain on track.

Key Responsibilities

Preconstruction

• Develop and manage bid/estimate processes.
• Review project scopes and qualify bids.
• Execute buyouts and develop base budgets.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Produce submittal logs and maintain client communication.
  

Construction

• Lead OAC meetings.
• Track and communicate change-order costs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress, cost, and forecasting reports.
• Partner with Superintendents on quality control, safety, and scheduling.
  

Post-Construction

• Collect and organize closeout documents and warranty information.
• Deliver O M manuals to clients.
• Coordinate facility training sessions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• preferred.
• 5+ years of successful Project Management experience.
• At least
• 1+ year of experience working with a General Contractor.
• Commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of A/E/C industry practices.
• Detail-oriented and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with project management software such as
• Procore .
