Job Details
- Serve as initial point of contact with clients to assess project scope and resources
- Prepare complete and accurate project estimates, reviewing specifications, drawings, takeoffs, and contracts
- Oversee total construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered per design, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise on‑site functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control
- Provide leadership and oversight to superintendents and subcontractors as required
- Offer technical guidance, interpret drawings, recommend construction methods and equipment, and manage change orders
- Ensure productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual compliance
- Prepare monthly project status reports, including cost forecasts and progress updates
- Lead pre‑construction efforts when assigned, providing guidance and direction to the team
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation
- Manage administrative responsibilities including contracts, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence
- Maintain responsibility for overall project profitability
- Prepare and coordinate all required project closeout documentation
- Partner closely with site leadership to coordinate daily trade activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
