Qualifications

• 3–8 years in project, program, or technical delivery management in a technology environment
• Experience delivering software, infrastructure, data, or security initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum, release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
• Hands-on with project-tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, or Notion
• Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, data workflows, and CI/CD concepts without owning engineering work
• Clear written and verbal communication for executive and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; PMP/CSM or AWS/GCP/Azure experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain delivery plans in Jira, Linear, or similar tools; track schedules, blockers, risks, and decisions
• Coordinate engineering work across APIs, cloud services, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and customer-facing products
• Run planning meetings, standups, reviews, and retrospectives; publish concise status updates for technical and executive stakeholders
• Partner with engineering and product leads to manage scope changes, prioritize tradeoffs, and resolve cross-team dependencies
• Establish project operating processes, documentation, and dashboards using Confluence, Notion, Slack, and BI platforms
• Measure delivery performance through milestones, cycle time, incident trends, and launch outcomes; drive corrective actions when targets are at risk

The role turns technical goals into executable plans, managing dependencies across cloud infrastructure, APIs, data systems, and customer-facing applications.

You will keep high-priority initiatives moving from scope definition through launch and post-release review. Success means clear ownership, predictable delivery, early risk detection, and measurable improvements to how technical teams plan and ship.

What We Are Looking For

• 3-8 years of project, program, or technical delivery management experience in a technology environment
• Demonstrated experience delivering software, infrastructure, data, or security initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
• Hands-on experience with project-tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, or Notion
• Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, data workflows, and CI/CD concepts without requiring hands-on engineering ownership
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical status and risks for executive and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; Bonus: PMP, CSM, or experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, data platforms, or security programs
