About The Role

The Program Manager coordinates complex initiatives across engineering, product, security, and operations for a cloud infrastructure and developer platform environment. The role turns technical priorities into executable plans, with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership.

This role matters because reliable platform delivery requires disciplined coordination across distributed teams. The Program Manager will improve execution visibility, resolve cross-functional blockers, and ensure infrastructure, API, and developer tooling programs ship safely and predictably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain program plans, delivery roadmaps, dependency maps, RAID logs, and executive status reports using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet

  • Partner with engineering leads to translate architecture decisions and technical requirements into milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
  • Monitor program health through delivery metrics such as schedule variance, blocker aging, incident readiness, adoption, and release quality
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements across planning, change management, documentation, and cross-functional communication
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-8 years of program management, technical project management, engineering operations, or related experience in a technology organization
  • Experience delivering cross-functional programs involving cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or developer tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and software development lifecycle practices, including backlog management, release planning, dependency tracking, and change control
  • Proficiency with program and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and dashboarding or reporting platforms
  • Ability to understand technical architecture, surface delivery risks, and communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, executives, and external partners
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent programs with measurable improvements in delivery predictability, operational readiness, or team efficiency
