• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).
• Strong familiarity with the Richmond, VA business landscape.
• Located in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns/shoots.
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate between creative, production, and client-facing teams.
• Track deliverables, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage contractor/freelancer scheduling alongside internal team capacity.
• Run status meetings, maintain project docs, and own the source of truth for timelines.
• Support onsite production logistics when needed (call sheets, schedules, vendor coordination).

About the Role

Newviews is looking for a Project Manager to keep our creative and production work moving on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy, creative, and production teams — making sure great ideas actually cross the finish line.

Responsibilities

Compensation

Compensation is project-based and commensurate with experience. Rates are determined per engagement and discussed during the hiring process.
