Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, production, or creative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Clear communicator bridging creative and operational priorities.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.).
• Strong familiarity with the Richmond, VA business landscape.
• Located in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns/shoots.
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate between creative, production, and client-facing teams.
• Track deliverables, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage contractor/freelancer scheduling alongside internal team capacity.
• Run status meetings, maintain project docs, and own the source of truth for timelines.
• Support onsite production logistics when needed (call sheets, schedules, vendor coordination).
