Under the general direction of Collins + Co.’s executive leadership team, the Project Manager serves as the operational lead across all client accounts, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope.This role is responsible for translating client needs into clear, executable plans, managing workflows across departments, and maintaining alignment between teams, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager plays a critical role in protecting team capacity, maintaining process integrity, and driving overall agency performance.This position also includes the opportunity to mentor junior team members and help shape the future of Collins + Co.’s project management function.

  • Own end-to-end execution of client deliverables across all assigned accounts
  • Build and manage detailed project timelines, workflows, and dependencies
  • Ensure all work is delivered on time, on brief, and within scope
  • Identify risks early and proactively adjust plans to maintain delivery standards
  • Act as the central point of intake for all client work, ensuring proper planning before execution
Workflow + Process Management
  • Structure and manage all projects within Asana (or equivalent platform)
  • Ensure work flows through the proper sequence from intake to delivery
  • Eliminate ad hoc or unscoped requests from entering production
  • Establish and maintain clear workflows that reduce inefficiencies and rework
  • Enforce production readiness standards, ensuring all assets, copy, and specifications are finalized before work begins
Scope + Budget Oversight
  • Monitor scope across all active projects to ensure alignment with contracts
  • Partner with Account Leads to manage and push back on out-of-scope requests
  • Track hours against deliverables and flag overages proactively
  • Support overall account profitability by maintaining scope discipline and efficient delivery
Resource + Capacity Management
  • Collaborate with department leads to align workloads with team capacity
  • Anticipate bandwidth constraints and adjust timelines accordingly
  • Ensure balanced distribution of work across teams
  • Escalate resourcing challenges before they impact delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align design, social, PR, and content teams around clear priorities and deliverables
  • Remove ambiguity around timelines, ownership, and expectations
  • Ensure all teams are working cohesively toward shared client goals
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to continuously improve internal processes
  • Lead project kickoffs and key internal meetings with clear structure and outcomes
  • Provide concise, actionable recaps and next steps
  • Improve team efficiency by reducing unnecessary meetings through better planning
  • Ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time
Key Responsibilities
