As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for the management and administration of design, construction, and delivery of construction and renovations projects, ensuring the progress and technical performance of projects, contract management, project scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. This will include development of scope and bid documents, review and evaluation of contract deliverables, approval of invoices, change orders, and other contract documents. You'll manage and provide construction oversight, manage Right‑of‑Way and permit processes, and resolve complex construction project related issues, and form long‑term relationships with clients.

The base salary range for this position is $124,000.00 to $158,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
