As a global leader of Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) services with projects ranging from $1 million to programs that cost up to $10 billion, we deliver award‑winning total Design and/or Construction Management projects for public and private sector clients. Reporting directly to the Program Manager or Regional Manager, this position will be part of the Client’s Program management team and work in their office managing public projects. The role includes Design and Procurement oversight from inception through occupancy and serves as the direct contact as one of the Owner’s Representatives, focusing on ensuring Schedule, Cost, Scope, Contract Compliance, and Safety.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
