Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10-20 years of construction management experience. While metal building experience is a plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional ready to manage multiple projects and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor construction progress and address any challenges or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams.
• Facilitate the expansion into General Contracting projects.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of construction management experience (metal building experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Must reside locally in Ocala, FL.
