Job Description
  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively to maintain timelines.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements on the construction site.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
