Overview

We are expanding our construction team with the addition of a Construction Project Manager. This role is reserved for an experienced project manager who brings with them the skills to carry a multi-project workload. This individual will be responsible for managing the scope, quality, schedule, financial performance and execution of the design, procurement and construction activities. The successful execution of this role requires an individual to onboard with an established foundation in industry project management experience, as well as a willingness to learn MBI's process, procedures and tools to execute the work to plan, on-time and on-budget. While this individual may need to make periodic site visits, this role is primarily office-based with some hybrid work-from-home days allowable.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated project manager with attention to detail and a natural sense of urgency. You will be responsible for planning, ordering materials, directing co-workers and vendors and coordinating with customers to meet or beat timelines and financial targets. Strong communication, problem-solving skills and an ability to work well with other is key. Knowledge of structural steel and metal building systems is preferred.
