Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pre-engineered and metal building construction. While some travel is required, it will not involve long, extended stays. The Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations for construction projects.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and project teams to ensure efficient workflows.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers to report on progress and address challenges.
• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and site logistics.
