Clinical Transformation & AI-Enabled Virtual Care
Transform the Future of Healthcare Delivery
Healthcare is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history, and health systems need partners who can turn ambitious technology investments into real, working care delivery.
At Ceiba Healthcare, our Project Managers are the technology and implementation arm behind our Clinical Transformation with Integrated AI-Enabled Virtual Care Technologies, turning every signed agreement into a live program, in close partnership with Clinical Leadership, from first install through long-term success.
Your Mission
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of Ceiba Healthcare's Clinical Transformation with Integrated AI-Enabled Virtual Care Technologies, including tele-specialty programs such as Tele-ICU, Tele-Neurology, and Tele-Psychiatry, from contract signature through go-live and every customer success stage that follows, working hand-in-hand with Clinical Leadership to ensure lasting impact.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced project management professionals who thrive in complex, matrixed environments, are ready to own mission-critical virtual care deployments end-to-end, and are genuinely excited about AI-enabled healthcare technology.
Experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or virtual care/telehealth deployment.
- Experience owning the full technology lifecycle of a customer relationship: installation through ongoing optimization and renewal, not just a single go-live event.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships after go-live, including executive and clinical check-ins, issue resolution, solution adoption, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to translate customer feedback, utilization patterns, and evolving clinical needs into solution improvements that strengthen value realization and support contract renewal and re-signature.
- Experience partnering directly with Clinical Leadership (CMO, CNO, CMIO, Clinical Informatics) to align deployments with clinical workflows and patient care priorities.
- Hands-on experience deploying virtual care/telehealth hardware and software: tele-carts, cameras, peripherals, network/system configuration.
- Direct experience as an Epic or Cerner (Oracle Health) Project Manager, or similar EHR implementation PM, managing build, testing, training, and go-live is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with data and visualization tools such as Tableau to analyze performance, develop client-facing reporting and dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights that demonstrate solution value and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and FDA requirements, and interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR); familiarity with Epic and/or Cerner platforms.
- A genuine AI enthusiast and someone who follows emerging AI tools and use cases in healthcare and is excited to help clinical teams adopt AI-enabled virtual care technology.
- Willingness to travel onsite 6-12 times per year.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus, but not required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Epic Project Manager or Cerner (Oracle Health) implementation credentials are a strong plus.
- PMP certification (or active pursuit of one) is viewed favorably.
- Candidates with a clinical background (e.g., RN) looking to transition into healthcare technology are also welcome and encouraged to apply; frontline clinical experience is a valuable asset in this role.
Primary Solution Areas
- AI-Enabled Integrated Virtual Specialty Care Platform (Tele-Nursing, Tele-ICU, Tele-Neurology, Tele-Cardiology, Tele-Psychiatry, Tele-Hospitalist, and additional specialty programs)
- Clinical Collaboration
- Clinical Workflow Automation
How You'll Create Impact
Deployment & Technical Delivery
- Own all technical aspects of deployment — planning, configuration, hardware installation, and software rollout — including onsite travel as needed.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with Clinical Leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain continuity from signed contract through implementation by tracking customer commitments, success criteria, and expectations and ensuring they are reflected in the deployed solution and ongoing account plan.
- Coordinate Engineering, Product, Clinical, and vendor teams to deliver, integrate, and validate solutions on schedule.
- Ensure every deployment complies with healthcare regulations and manufacturer specifications, including HIPAA and FDA requirements.
Clinical Partnership & Lifecycle Ownership
- Serve as the primary technology owner and point of contact for Hospital Leadership for the full lifecycle of the contract, with accountability for client satisfaction, solution value, and renewal and re-signature readiness.
- Build trusted, ongoing relationships with CMOs, CNOs, CMIOs, and clinical informatics leaders as clinical needs evolve.
- Establish a consistent client governance cadence to review adoption, outcomes, open issues, roadmap priorities, and overall account health throughout the contract term.
- Continuously identify and lead opportunities to improve workflows, configuration, integrations, and solution utilization in partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Sales teams.
- Provide ongoing technical support, manage upgrades, drive continuous process improvement, and document delivered value so the client has a clear case to renew at the end of the contract term.
- Proactively manage project risks, escalating and resolving issues before they impact clinical operations.
