Job summary

Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware is seeking a Project Manager for our Mt. Juliet location near Nashville. You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination with customers, vendors, and architects to deliver optimal door and hardware solutions.

The role emphasizes learning and applying plans & specifications, managing from estimate to closeout, and using industry software. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, with a team-oriented, self-motivated

Our family-owned and operated company is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team at our Mt. Juliet Location, near Nashville!The Project Management Team is the backbone of our growing business. This position is scheduled Monday -Thursday 7 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 7 – 3:30 pm. Job Responsibilities:Ensure all project deadlines are met on time and within budget.Efficiently communicate and work with customers, vendors, and architects to be sure we are providing the best solution to meet the needs of the project.Learn to manage projects from estimate, contract negotiation, submittals, procurement, change orders, delivery, billing, and closeout. PreferredExperience reading plans & specifications.Experience using industry-specific detail-oriented software.
