• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of commercial design-build or construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta, Prolog and Bluebeam.
• Strong budgets and schedules management on complex projects.
• Excellent communication in owner meetings and field conversations.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; valid driver's license.

We are seeking a Mission Critical Project Manager for a long-term, 2+ year data center construction project in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a significant, high-profile build requiring a seasoned project leader who can own the full scope of planning, stakeholder management, and financial oversight from pre-construction through commissioning — and stay the course for the life of the project.
The Project Manager serves as the company's primary management representative to all project stakeholders — owner, design team, trade partners, and AHJs. You'll work in close partnership with the Project Superintendent, who drives daily field operations, while you own the long horizon: planning, procurement, cost control, and relationship management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base: $103,170 – $114,030
• Total Estimated Annual Comp: $204,558 – $219,762 (inclusive of bonus, vehicle allowance, and benefits)
