We are seeking a Mission Critical Project Superintendent for a long-term, 2+ year data center construction project in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a significant, high-profile build requiring a seasoned field leader who can own the full scope of daily construction operations from mobilization through commissioning — and stay the course for the life of the project.
The Project Superintendent is the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for daily execution. You own the field — safety, schedule, quality, logistics, equipment, and full coordination of trade partners and field personnel. You'll work in close partnership with the Project Manager, who handles long-range planning and owner relations, while you drive the daily and weekly rhythm of the work.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
