Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience delivering large commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, contract administration and controls.
• Willingness to travel extensively across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Monitor progress and uphold quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Drive profitability while maintaining client relationships.
• Oversee change orders, cost reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
