We are partnering with a developer-led construction platform delivering a growing national portfolio of hyperscale data center campuses. With 40+ future sites planned across the U.S., the business is expanding its internal construction team to support both current and future developments.

The Project Manager will join a new ground-up data center project in Mobile, Alabama, supporting delivery from early site development through construction, commissioning and turnover.

Project Managers are being hired across the following disciplines:

• Civil
• Structural
• Mechanical
• Electrical

We are also open to experienced Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers ready to progress into a Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction scope from procurement through turnover
• Coordinate subcontractors and field operations
• Manage RFIs, submittals and project documentation
• Support project schedules, budgets and procurement
• Coordinate with design, engineering and field teams
• Monitor quality, safety and schedule performance
• Support commissioning and project closeout

Candidate Profile

• Experience within commercial or technically complex construction
• Strong subcontractor and project coordination experience
• Understanding of construction drawings, schedules and project controls
• Ability to work effectively with field and project management teams
• Data center experience is preferred but not required
• Experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, power or other complex construction environments will also be considered
