Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer

An established construction organization is assembling the project team for a major new 100MW+ greenfield hyperscale data-center development in the Mobile, Alabama area

This is an opportunity to join the project at the very beginning of its lifecycle, working alongside experienced project leadership on a large-scale, technically complex development with significant long-term growth potential.

We are looking to appoint 2–3 Assistant Project Managers/ Project Engineers to support project delivery across document control, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals and general project administration.

For ambitious construction professionals with strong large-project experience, this role offers a clear opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop toward a broader Project Management career path as the campus progresses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFIs, submittals and project documentation.

• Ability to work effectively within a fast-moving, large-project environment.


• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Location / Working Arrangement

The project is currently in early mobilization. Successful candidates may initially work remotely while site infrastructure is established, before transitioning to full-time onsite work in the Mobile, Alabama area.

Candidates may be considered from across the United States where they are open to working onsite for the duration of the project.

Compensation

Approximately $120,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience and location.
