Job summary

MPI, a nationally recognized electrical contractor, seeks a Project Manager to oversee electrical and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion. You will ensure safe delivery, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations while coordinating with field teams, clients, subcontractors and leadership.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with construction technology, scheduling tools, and standard business software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and closeout.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and customer expectations.
  • Lead project meetings and provide direction to superintendents, foremen, and field personnel across multiple projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor project performance, financial results, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.

The Project Manager is accountable for the management of assigned projects, ensuring successful installation, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires adherence to quality work standards, projected hours, company guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Description

The Project Manager oversees electrical and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations. This role collaborates with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and company leadership to drive successful project outcomes while supporting business growth.
