Job Description
- Manage large-scale electrical and mission-critical construction projects
- Take ownership of projects from planning and mobilization through closeout
- Manage budgets, forecasting, schedules, manpower, procurement, and overall project profitability
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership
- Oversee multiple project teams and ensure resources are aligned with construction schedules
- Review project plans, specifications, scope, and contract documents
- Manage client, GC, vendor, and trade partner relationships
- Conduct jobsite visits and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget
- Support client development and identify opportunities for repeat business

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of electrical construction Project Management experience
- Strong data center / mission-critical electrical experience
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale electrical projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and manpower planning
- Experience leading Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field teams
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred, though equivalent experience is considered
- Ability to manage projects independently and drive results from preconstruction through closeout
