Job summary

Teksky LLC in Mansfield, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee at least two concurrent commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. The ideal candidate will lead with strong leadership, financial management, contract administration, scheduling, and CMAR experience.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, WIP forecasting, change orders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with owners, subcontractors, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field.
• Commercial general contracting or construction management experience.
• Ability to independently manage at least two active commercial projects.
• Strong CMAR experience including preconstruction, GMP, procurement, owner coordination.
• Budgeting, estimating, cost control, WIP forecasting, and change management.
• CPM scheduling proficiency; Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred.
• MS Excel and PM software skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour training required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in CPM scheduling; Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and construction project management software skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.
