Job summary

AUREATE in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver on time and within budget.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of PM experience on $1M–$50M+ projects, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera. PMP/CCM a plus; and you will ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
  • Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contract negotiations and client relationships while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget,

Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M–$50M+.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, P6, Autodesk, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Financial and contractual acumen.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-service orientation.
Position Terms / Expected Hours of Work:

Salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during a busy season in some cases this position will require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
