Job summary

Aureate Group in Naples, Florida seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee RFPs, bid analysis, change orders, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. OSHA 30 is required; PMP/CCM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M-$50M+.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• OSHA 30 certification required; PMP or CCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, P6, Autodesk, Bluebeam)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents
• OSHA 30 certification required
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Financial and contractual acumen
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with strong client-service orientation

Position Terms / Expected Hours of Work

Salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during a busy season in some cases this position will require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
